Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Free from damages or defects
- In the original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Perishable goods, custom orders, and sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@labakingsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at info@labakingsupply.com. to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@labakingsupply.com.
