Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 on qualifying items (bulky items excluded).
Why don't bulky items qualify for free shipping?
Some of our products — like cake boards, drums, and large boxes — are very light but ship in oversized boxes. Carriers price large boxes by size, not weight (called dimensional weight) — so a featherlight board in a huge box still costs $25 to ship to Florida. Because of this, bulky items ship at flat rates instead of free: $15 to nearby states (LA, TX, AR, MS, AL, OK, TN, MO) and $29.95 to the rest of the US.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@labakingsupply.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
